ABB Motion UK is seeking a senior sales leader to drive profitable growth across key industrial markets from our Warrington/Daresbury hub. You will build and coach a high-performing sales team, manage customer partnerships, and align pricing, forecasting and budgets with strategic targets.

You will own KPIs, lead talent development, and collaborate across divisions to implement value-based solutions. The role is hybrid, with strong executive-level relations and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• 10+ years in front-end sales and leading sales teams.
• Proven profitable growth in multinational environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and capability to drive transformations.
