Cars 2 Ltd is seeking a Motability Specialist to join our team in Huddersfield. You will provide expert guidance to customers throughout the car purchasing process, focusing on mobility needs and vehicle suitability.

You will manage the Motability Scheme paperwork, support customers through lease periods, and stay up-to-date on offers and adaptations while leveraging CRM tools and sales skills to upsell where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence required.
• Experience in car sales or Motability schemes preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert guidance to customers during the car purchasing process.
• Engage with customers to identify mobility needs and suitable vehicles.
• Guide customers through the sales journey including test drives and delivery.
• Handle Motability Scheme paperwork and applications accurately.
• Support customers during lease and arrange servicing and maintenance.
• Stay updated on Motability offers and vehicle adaptations.
• Upsell effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Familiar with CRM software and strong organizational skills.
