Job summary

Mobility in Motion is seeking a compassionate Customer Sales Advisor to join the Commercial Team in Alfreton. You will guide customers from initial enquiry through installation, helping them find the right mobility solutions for their needs.

This role involves handling inbound enquiries, proactive follow-ups and coordinating with assessors and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey. Full training provided in a friendly, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales support or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a busy environment.
• Positive, empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions.
• Good IT and administration skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, live chat, website and campaigns.
• Advise customers on suitable mobility products and services.
• Provide supportive guidance throughout decision making.
• Respond to enquiries professionally via phone, email and written channels.
• Offer basic technical assistance relating to products and services.
• Book online and field-based customer assessments.
• Arrange appointments with potential customers.
• Coordinate and confirm installation appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the database.
• Resolve customer queries and sales-related issues efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Support wider commercial team activities as required.
