Job Opportunity: MOT Tester / Technician – High Wycombe

We are collaborating with the UK’s largest automotive service, maintenance, and repair business in the High Wycombe area. They are seeking a Vehicle Technician to join their busy Service Department.

Position Details

• Role: MOT Tester / Technician – High Wycombe
• Location: High Wycombe
• Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 OTE
• Working Days: 5 days a week – No Sundays

Requirements

• Current MOT Testing Licence
• Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, City and Guilds Level 3 Motor Vehicle Maintenance, Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or City & Guilds Automotive
• Experience in a car dealership, independent garage, car supermarket, or Service Centre
• Completed MOT tester course (class 4, 5, or 7)
• Experience working on vehicles/cars/LC
• Hybrid / EV training preferred but training will be provided if needed
• Full driver’s licence with less than 9 points
• Willingness to assist in workshop with light vehicle maintenance when not performing MOTs
