Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire, is seeking an experienced MOT Technician to join a reputable, multi-location garage. You will conduct MOT tests, perform repairs and maintenance, and ensure high safety and DVSA compliance.

The role offers a basic salary up to £36,000 with on-target earnings around £38,000, Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm, with Saturdays on a rota. Industry-leading training and staff discounts are included.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) is required.
• Valid MOT Testing Licence is required.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out MOT tests in line with DVSA requirements
• Performing repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of vehicles
• Accurately completing all relevant paperwork and test documentation
• Delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintaining high standards of safety and compliance within the workshop

Education

NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)

Valid MOT Testing Licence

Full UK Driving Licence
