Confidential in Stafford town centre is hiring a Mortgage Services Administrator for a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hrs, Mon-Sat including Saturday mornings) with a salary of £28,783.

The role involves verifying documents to support underwriting, handling transfers for residential and buy-to-let, producing redemption statements, managing deeds, handling arrears, processing Direct Debit changes, and daily contact with members, brokers and solicitors.

Competenze

• Mortgage administration or processing experience, ideally at a smaller lender.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confident communication with members, brokers, solicitors, valuers and estate agents.
• Awareness of Consumer Duty, financial crime and data protection standards.
• Willingness to cross-train into savings and cover the branch when needed.
