Job summary

Connells Group in Rayleigh is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our branch. You will provide expert mortgage and protection advice, build relationships with Estate Agency colleagues, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, you will guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion and maximise referral opportunities within our network.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is required.
• Experience in a target-driven environment with strong sales focus.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance targets.
