Job summary

Connells Group in Stockport is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our successful team. You’ll provide expert mortgage and protection advice in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues and customers.

With a competitive base salary of £65,000 and uncapped commission, you’ll benefit from quality leads, industry training, and clear career progression as you guide clients from application to completion.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
