Job summary

Connells Group in Billericay is hiring an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join the Connells Billericay branch. You will provide expert mortgage and protection advice in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role offers a competitive basic salary with OTE £35,000, uncapped commission, quality leads, industry-leading training, and clear career progression within a leading property services group.

Qualifications

CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
Deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance targets.
