Job summary

Connells Group in Billericay is hiring an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join the Connells Billericay branch. You will provide expert mortgage and protection advice in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role offers a competitive basic salary with OTE £35,000, uncapped commission, quality leads, industry-leading training, and clear career progression within a leading property services group.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
