Job summary

Connells Group in Tonbridge is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our Freeman & Foreman branch. You will provide expert mortgage and protection advice, build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

With uncapped commission and industry-leading training, this role offers clear career progression and a realistic OTE of around 60k.

Qualifications

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance targets.
