Connells Group in Newton Abbot is seeking a Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our busy branch. You will provide expert mortgage and protection advice and guide customers through the application process while delivering a high standard of service.

This role offers a competitive basic salary with £50k OTE, uncapped commission, quality leads from our estate agency network and extensive training to support your career in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance targets.
