Job summary

Connells Group in Peterborough is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our successful team. You will provide expert mortgage and protection advice and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires CeMAP qualification, a track record in target-driven sales, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a full UK driving licence. An uncapped commission structure and ongoing training support are provided.

Qualifications

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance targets.
