Job summary

Connells Group in Peterborough is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our successful team. You will provide expert mortgage and protection advice and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The role offers a competitive basic salary with a £40,000 base, uncapped commission, and access to quality leads from our Estate Agency network, along with industry-leading training and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is required.
• Experience working in a target-driven environment is essential.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills are required.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance targets.
