Job summary

Connells Group in Norwich is seeking an ambitious Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our William H Brown Norwich branch. You will provide expert mortgage and protection advice while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

We offer a competitive basic salary of £45,000 with uncapped commission, quality leads, industry-leading training, clear career progression, and access to modern technology and tools to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) required.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance targets.
