Qualifications

CeMAP or equivalent is required.
Proven experience as Mortgage and Protection Adviser with a track record of good client outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

Conduct fact-finds to understand clients' financial circumstances, needs and objectives.
Research and recommend mortgage products from a lender panel with a compassionate approach.
Advise on protection products to safeguard clients' financial well-being.
Prepare clear, compliant advice reports and manage the application process with providers and clients.
Keep client records up-to-date and ensure FCA compliance.
