Job summary

Nottingham Building Society is seeking a Product Performance Manager at head office in Nottingham. Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days on-site per week. You will own how our mortgage strategy performs commercially, driving customer and financial outcomes across key lending segments.

You will lead cross-functional product reviews, monitor sales and conversions, tackle risks, and shape fair value, fees, and customer communications while collaborating with Pricing and Credit Risk teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage product in regulated financial services.
• Proven track record driving customer and commercial outcomes through holistic product management.

Responsibilities

• Own performance across product segments with metrics, triggers and actions.
• Oversee end-to-end product proposition with Credit Risk, Sales, Operations and Marketing.
• Monitor sales performance and pipeline conversion; identify improvements.
• Lead product reviews; identify risks and opportunities.
• Bring market insight to actionable improvements.
• Own approach to fair value, fees and charges.
• Shape customer communications and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with Pricing to influence pricing strategy.
