Job summary

Nottingham Building Society is seeking a Product Pricing Manager to drive pricing strategy for our mortgage portfolio, optimise risk-adjusted returns and maintain a competitive product range. You will apply analysis, testing and market insights to improve trading performance, build pricing and retention models, and communicate decisions across teams and external partners.

Qualifications

Proven experience in mortgage pricing, product management, or a similar commercial role within a regulated financial services environment.
Highly analytical with advanced Excel capability; experience in Power BI, SAS or similar data interrogation tools.
Strong understanding of UK mortgage market, regulatory landscape and customer needs.

Responsibilities

Manage mortgage pricing and product range activity to optimise risk-adjusted returns and support growth.
Use analysis, testing and market insights to improve trading performance and pricing propositions.
Develop and enhance pricing, retention and customer behaviour models.
Lead communications on pricing decisions, product changes and trading performance.
Implement controls and automation to ensure robust pricing processes.
Support budgeting, forecasting and proposition development with pricing input.
