Job summary

Pure Resourcing Limited currently seeks a proactive Mortgage Paraplanner / Mortgage Administrator to join a leading UK financial services provider in London. The role focuses on high-volume, complex mortgage cases and overseas/expat scenarios.

You will manage end-to-end case progression, ensure regulatory compliance, and liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, and estate agents to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Seasoned Mortgage Paraplanner/Administrator with experience handling high-volume, complex cases.
• Experience with overseas/expat mortgage scenarios is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with FCA compliance, KYC and AML processes.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end mortgage case management from application to completion.
• Prepare mortgage case packaging and submit to lenders/providers.
• Handle residential, BTL, remortgage and complex cases.

Mortgage Paraplanner / Mortgage Administrator

High Volume / Complex Cases / Dedicated Support

Location: City of London (3 days office based)

Salary: £30-40k Basic (dependent on experience) + Excellent Bonus Potential

We have a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Mortgage Administrator to join one of the UK's leading HNW financial services providers, covering mortgages, specialist lending, protection insurance, wealth management and general insurance.

If you're an experienced Mortgage Paraplanner or Mortgage Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, high volume environment and enjoys handling complex mortgage cases (including overseas/expat scenarios), this could be the role you've been looking for.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end mortgage case management from application to completion
• Mortgage application packaging & submission to lenders/providers
• Managing residential, BTL, remortgage and complex cases
• Acting as main point of contact for clients, lenders, solicitors and estate agents
• Proactively chasing lenders, underwriters & third parties
• Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems (pipeline management)
• Handling compliance documentation & regulatory requirements
• Managing case progression, updates, and completions

Experience Required

• Highly experienced as a Mortgage Paraplanner / Mortgage Administrator
• Experience working complex mortgage cases and high-volume pipelines
• Exposure to overseas/expat mortgages (highly desirable)
• CeMAP qualified (highly desired)
• Knowledge of FCA compliance, KYC and AML processes
• Confident using CRM systems, lender portals, and sourcing systems
• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
• A true self-starter who can manage workload independently
