Countrywide Mortgage Services in Newton Abbot is recruiting a Mortgage Consultant to guide customers from initial enquiry to completion, providing tailored mortgage and protection advice in line with regulations.

You will conduct affordability checks, manage applications with lenders, and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, delivering clear updates and a trusted, customer-focused service. The role is full-time, on-site, with targets and a focus on ethical customer outcomes.

Formación

• Knowledge of mortgage lending and home loan products.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
• Proven customer service skills in financial services.
• CeMAP or equivalent qualification, or willingness to achieve.
• Ability to work accurately within regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Experience in mortgage advising is advantageous but not required.

Responsabilidades
