Role Description

This is a full-time or part time, Self Employed roll working from Home, within 1 hours traveling of Belper, Derbyshire. The Mortgage Consultant will meet with clients to understand their financial circumstances and homeownership goals, assess eligibility, and recommend suitable mortgage products. Daily responsibilities include preparing and submitting mortgage applications, liaising with lenders and other stakeholders, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
