Connells Group, in Newton Abbot, is seeking a Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our Fulfords Newton Abbot branch. You will provide expert mortgage and protection advice, generate new business through referrals, and guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.

Qualifications

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance targets.
