The Role

My client is looking to expand their Re-mortgage Team in Leeds. The role involves managing a personal caseload from start to finish, handling complex aspects of the re-mortgage process, and ensuring legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a large caseload of re-mortgage files
  • Meet personal targets and deliver results
  • Prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively
  • Handle complex re-mortgage transactions
  • Oversee files from opening to completion with administrative support
  • Provide excellent service to clients, introducers, and associates
  • Address complex enquiries professionally
  • Identify risks and resolve issues proactively
  • Maintain files in accordance with SLAs, regulatory, and statutory requirements
  • Keep detailed notes and communicate promptly via email and phone
  • Ensure accurate billing and correct funds transfer upon completion
  • Support and coach Trainee Case Managers
  • Enhance client experience using conveyancing systems and technology
  • Suggest improvements to policies and procedures
  • Adhere to company policies at all times
  • Perform any other duties as required
