We have a fantastic team of Case Managers and Administrators split into 3 teams of 8-12 members each. Our Administrators handle the majority of keying for applications and DIPs, while our Case Managers take ownership of mortgage cases from submission to completion, acting as true Subject Matter Experts. This setup allows us to provide our customers with a mortgage journey tailored to their needs—no one-size-fits-all approach here.
We move quickly, collaborate closely, and support each other throughout the process. Whether someone is staying put or making a big move, we’re here to make mortgages easier.
How we work
We maintain a flexible yet structured environment to ensure we are available when our customers need us. Our team operates across a variety of shifts between 8 am and 8 pm, totaling 39 hours per week.
