We have a fantastic team of Case Managers and Administrators split into 3 teams of 8-12 members each. Our Administrators handle the majority of keying for applications and DIPs, while our Case Managers take ownership of mortgage cases from submission to completion, acting as true Subject Matter Experts. This setup allows us to provide our customers with a mortgage journey tailored to their needs—no one-size-fits-all approach here.

We move quickly, collaborate closely, and support each other throughout the process. Whether someone is staying put or making a big move, we’re here to make mortgages easier.

How we work

We maintain a flexible yet structured environment to ensure we are available when our customers need us. Our team operates across a variety of shifts between 8 am and 8 pm, totaling 39 hours per week.

What will you be doing?

As an experienced Case Manager, you’ll play a key role in progressing customer mortgage applications from submission to completion efficiently and accurately. You’ll be part of a high-performing team that thrives under pressure and delivers industry-leading service at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a large pipeline of post-submission mortgage cases (100-140+), ensuring smooth progression to completion.
  • Act as the main contact between customers, lenders, conveyancers, and surveyors, providing clear updates at each stage.
  • Collaborate closely with our team of Mortgage Experts to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
  • Handle DIP submissions, communicate with lenders, chase offers, and check documents.
  • Stay informed about lender service levels, rate changes, and policy updates to keep cases on track and optimize turnaround times.
  • Specialize in a specific part of the process, becoming a subject matter expert.
  • Work in a fast-paced, agile environment where change is constant and responsiveness is crucial.
What do we need from you?

We’re looking for top talent—people who have extensive mortgage knowledge, thrive under pressure, and are committed to excellence.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume, end-to-end mortgage case management role.
  • Ability to manage a large caseload with tight deadlines while staying organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong understanding of the full mortgage process and lender requirements.
  • Comfortable navigating rate changes, lender SLAs, and maintaining momentum.
  • A team player with a customer-first mindset and flexibility to work shifts and Saturdays.
