This role involves delivering exceptional service to mortgage brokers, building relationships, and supporting sales efforts with Account Managers. The ideal candidate will have telephone sales experience in a mortgage environment and exceptional communication skills. Qualifications

• Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls and managing inboxes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service on the phone and via written communication with key mortgage brokers.
• Work closely with Account Managers to drive sales and ensure KPIs are met.
• Support the delivery of Account Plans by making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners.

Skills

Telephone Sales experience with a Mortgage Lender or a Mortgage Broker

Exceptional relationship building and communication skills

Strong objection handling and problem solving skills
