Reset Recruitment Ltd in Rustington, West Sussex, is seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to a diverse client base.

You will guide clients through home-buying and remortgage processes, supported by a four-introducer network and marketing resources, enabling you to focus on advising and writing business.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent is required.
• Experience as a Mortgage Adviser within a whole-of-market or brokerage environment is essential.
• Proven track record of writing mortgage and protection business.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused, consultative approach to advising clients.
• Self-motivated, ambitious and driven to succeed.
• Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and mortgage compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed fact-finds and provide tailored mortgage and protection advice.
• Advise clients across the whole mortgage market.
• Manage cases from enquiry through to offer with admin support.
• Keep up to date with lender criteria, FCA regulations and market developments.
• Develop relationships with introducers and generate repeat business through excellent service.

Mortgage Adviser

• Location: Rustington, West Sussex
• Salary: £30,000 Basic + Uncapped OTE + Company Benefits
• Hours: Monday - Saturday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (5-day working week with 2 Saturdays per month and a day off in lieu)

The Role

Working as part of a friendly and professional team, you'll provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to a wide range of clients, guiding them through every stage of the home-buying and remortgage process.

The business has established relationships with four large introducers, supported by a dedicated marketing professional who continually generates new business opportunities, meaning you'll spend less time prospecting and more time advising clients.

You'll be responsible for:

• Conducting detailed fact-finds and providing tailored mortgage and protection advice.
• Advising clients across the whole mortgage market.
• Building long-term relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Writing both mortgage and protection business.
• Managing your cases from initial enquiry through to offer, supported by an experienced administration team.
• Keeping up to date with lender criteria, FCA regulations and market developments.
• Developing relationships with introducers and generating repeat business through excellent service.

What We're Looking For
