Premier Jobs UK Limited is seeking a Mortgage Adviser for a growing, purpose-led firm in the Bristol area. You will provide whole of market mortgage advice from start to finish, supported by a collaborative team and quality leads.

You will balance your own introducers with company-generated leads, operate on a self-employed basis, and work in a values-driven environment that emphasizes integrity and long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Mortgage Adviser.
• Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
• Comfortable operating on a self employed basis.
• Ability to generate some business from existing contacts or introducers is desirable.
• Experience using CRM systems within a mortgage advice firm.

Responsibilities

• Provide whole of market mortgage advice to a broad client base from start to finish.
• Manage clients end to end with a focus on long-term relationships and repeat business.

If you are a Mortgage Adviser looking for a brokerage where values genuinely matter just as much as performance, this could be a rare opportunity to join a growing, purpose led firm in the Bristol area.

You will be joining a business that has built strong momentum through word of mouth, repeat clients and carefully invested lead generation. This is not a high churn, desk based or call centre style environment. Instead, as a Mortgage Adviser you will work with clients start to finish, supported by a collaborative team and a firm that focuses on doing things properly rather than quickly.

As a Mortgage Adviser within this team, you will balance your own introducers and client relationships whilst also benefiting from quality leads provided by the business. This Mortgage Adviser job is designed for advisers who are comfortable generating some of their own business but value being part of a team that shares best practice, referrals and long term thinking.
