Additional Resources Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Mortgage Advisor to join our mortgage and property services team. You will provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to warm, qualified enquiries, guiding clients from initial enquiry through to completion.

The role offers a base salary of £32,000 with potential progression after probation and an OTE of £100,000+. You will work with estate agents and property teams to maximise opportunities while ensuring FCA compliance

An opportunity has arisen for a Mortgage Advisor to join a mortgage and property services business providing tailored mortgage, protection and financial solutions.

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be providing whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to warm, qualified enquiries while managing clients through to completion.

This role offers a basic salary of £32,000, with potential for an increase after successfully completing probation, and an OTE of £100,000+.

Whole-of-market experience preferred, but candidates from other mortgage backgrounds will also be considered.

You will be responsible for:

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice, supporting clients from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Convert qualified enquiries into completed business while delivering appropriate customer outcomes.
• Build lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Work closely with estate agency and property teams to maximise business opportunities.
• Ensure all advice and processes remain fully FCA compliant throughout the advice process.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Adviser, Mortgage Broker, Mortgage & Protection Adviser, Protection Adviser, Protection Advisor, Mortgage & Protection Advisor, Mortgage Consultant or in a similar role.
• CeMAP qualification.
• Good knowledge of FCA compliance requirements.
• Strong ability to convert leads and build trusted client relationships.
• Motivated, organised and client-focused

Commission structure:

• No commission on the first £3,250 of banked business each month
• 15% commission on banked business above £3,250, up to £100,000
• 20% commission on banked business above £100,000
• Option to refer protection business to the protection team, earning 10% referral commission
