Pharos Search Partners is seeking a Mortgage Advisor to join their Bristol city centre office on a hybrid basis. You will advise clients on suitable mortgage products and manage a pipeline of qualified leads from introducers and referrals.

• Advise clients on suitable mortgage products.
• Manage a pipeline of warm leads from introducers and referrals.
• Conduct thorough fact-finds and provide compliant recommendations.
