Job summary

Premiere FS Ltd, part of Mortgage Advice Bureau, is seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join its growing business from Treorchy, with support from the Cardiff hub. This self-employed role offers a financial retainer alongside a high-split commission and uncapped earning potential.

You can manage your diary and work from Treorchy, the Cardiff hub, or home. Candidates should hold CeMAP or equivalent, have Competent Adviser Status, and a proven track record in residential mortgage advice

Qualifications

• CeMAP or equivalent mortgage qualification.
• Competent Adviser Status.
• Strong track record as a Mortgage Adviser with knowledge of the residential mortgage market.

Responsibilities

• Provide suitable, compliant mortgage advice to customers.
• Manage mortgage cases from appointment to completion.
• Review client bank for remortgage and home-moving opportunities.
• Respond promptly to walk-in, phone and online enquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer and compliance records.
• Liaise with lenders and administrators throughout the application process.
