Job summary

Howden is hiring Mortgage Advisors across Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol and Scotland to help clients find the right mortgage solutions and deliver a first-class experience from application to completion.

You will provide mortgage advice, understand client circumstances, and build strong relationships with lenders and introducers while managing applications through the full journey in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
• Previous mortgage advisory experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-first approach and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing mortgage advice to new and existing clients.
• Understanding clients’ circumstances and recommending suitable mortgage solutions.
• Building strong relationships with clients, lenders and introducers.
• Managing applications through the full mortgage journey.
• Delivering excellent customer outcomes in line with FCA requirements.
• Keeping accurate records and maintaining high-quality case files.
