London Mortgage Brokerage is seeking a Mortgage Adviser to join a busy, independent brokerage in London. The role offers a challenging, fast-paced environment with quality leads and strong earning potential.

The candidate should have 6-12 months' mortgage industry experience and be Fully CeMAP qualified, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Hybrid working is available after initial training, with a daily schedule typical of a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Fully CeMAP qualified with mortgage broking experience.

• Proven ability to secure sign-ups and manage pipelines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct initial mortgage appointments with prospective clients.
• Advise clients on suitable mortgage products based on their circumstances.
• Manage client relationships from appointment to application and sign-up.
• Convert leads into new mortgage business and deliver excellent customer service.
• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication.
• Work towards targets and business objectives.
