Job summary

Connells Group in Bristol is seeking a motivated Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our Chappell & Matthews Bristol branch. You will provide expert mortgage and protection advice while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

With a competitive OTE £60,000, uncapped commission, quality leads, and industry-leading training, you will build lasting relationships with Estate Agency colleagues and guide customers from application to completion.

Qualifications

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
