Job summary

Connells Group in Exeter is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our team at Connells Exeter’s branch. You will provide expert mortgage and protection advice while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The role includes working with quality leads from our estate agency network and a comprehensive training program to support career progression. A Full CeMAP qualification and a valid UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance targets.
