Job summary

Connells Group in Newport is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join the Pinkmove branch. You will build strong relationships with estate agency colleagues, generate new business and guide customers through the home-buying journey from enquiry to completion.

With industry-leading training, high-quality leads and clear career progression, this role offers excellent earning potential via an OTE of £50,000 and an uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) or keen interest in gaining the qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales-focused, target-driven environment.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
