Job summary

Connells Group in Peterborough is seeking two ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join our successful team. You will provide tailored mortgage and protection advice and guide clients from application to completion, while building strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.

The role offers a competitive basic salary with OTE £60k, uncapped commission, quality leads, industry training, and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor/Mortgage & Protection Advisor.
• Strong track record of delivering excellent customer outcomes.
• Commercially minded with a drive to maximise opportunities.
• Passionate about helping clients achieve their homeownership goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
