Job summary

Connells Group is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our Birmingham branch. You will provide expert mortgage and protection advice, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You'll build relationships with Estate Agency colleagues, generate new business, guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion, and benefit from uncapped commissions and strong training and career progression

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities
