Job summary

Connells Northampton is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our busy branch, delivering expert mortgage and protection advice and a superior customer experience.

In a fast-paced, target-driven environment you will build relationships with Estate Agency colleagues, generate new business, guide customers through the mortgage process, and achieve performance targets.

Qualifications

• CeMAP (or equivalent) required.
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
