Job summary

Connells Group is actively seeking a Mortgage Advisor to join the Manners & Harrison Hartlepool’s branch. Earn an attractive OTE £60k with uncapped commission and quality leads from our extensive Estate Agency network.

You’ll deliver mortgage and protection advice in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and drive results with modern tools and training. The role offers industry-leading development, strong career progression, and incentives for top performers.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification required or equivalent.
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
