Job summary

Bairstow Eves Mansfield is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our Mansfield branch. You will provide expert mortgage and protection advice while delivering an exceptional customer experience, building relationships with Estate Agency colleagues and guiding customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.

This role offers an OTE of £50k, uncapped commission, quality leads, industry-leading training, clear career progression, and modern tools to help

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) required.
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
