Job summary

Connells Group in Banbury is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our busy Connells Banbury branch. You'll provide expert mortgage and protection advice in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role offers an OTE £50k, uncapped commission, quality leads from our estate agency network, and industry-leading training and development to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) required.
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance targets.
