Job summary

Connells Group Exeter is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our busy branch. You will provide expert mortgage and protection advice to customers, building trusted relationships and delivering excellent service.

In a fast-paced environment, you will handle referrals, guide applicants through the process from application to completion, and work toward personal targets while enjoying uncapped commission and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
