Job summary

GCB AGENCY RECRUITMENT is seeking a Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor in the Dagenham area to provide tailored mortgage and financial services advice. Leverage leads provided by the sales team and work with colleagues to maximise referral opportunities.

The role requires CeMAP qualification and a customer-focused, target-driven approach. This is an office-based position with full training, coaching, and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) essential.
• Trainee or experienced Mortgage Advisors considered.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to convert appointments into successful outcomes.
• Organised and able to manage a busy pipeline effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored mortgage and financial services advice to clients.
• Work closely with colleagues to maximise referral opportunities.
• Convert pre-booked appointments into completed business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the mortgage process.
• Follow up on opportunities and maintain regular customer contact.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
