Burchell Edwards in Belper is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our busy branch. You will provide expert advice, guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion, and build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.

This role offers a competitive basic salary with uncapped commission, quality leads from our network, and industry-leading training to help you excel in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must have CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
