Job summary

GCB Recruitment in Birmingham is seeking a Mortgage and Protection Adviser for a specialist brokerage that provides all leads with no cold calling. You will handle first appointments, deliver mortgage and protection guidance, and manage Adverse and Self-employed cases.

The role is office-based with a base salary (£35,000-£45,000) plus commission and an OTE of £80,000-£100,000. Benefits include parking, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, staff incentives, and healthcare after probation.

Qualifications

• Fully CeMAP qualified with mortgage broking experience.
• Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry.
• Experience dealing with Adverse and Self-employed cases.
• Driven to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ability to deal with first appointments and subsequent signups.
• Full UK driving licence.

Experienced in mortgage broking and looking to join a successful specialist brokerage with all leads provided?

We're recruiting for a Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join our client, a specialist Mortgage Brokerage in the Birmingham area, due to continued expansion.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Adviser with strong knowledge of the mortgage industry, particularly Adverse and Self-employed cases.

The position is office-based with a well-established and successful business, offering all leads with no cold calling required.

The Role

As a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, you will:
