Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Mortgage Administrator Coordinator for a leading mortgage brokerage based in Chippenham. The role focuses on providing proactive admin support, handling mortgage applications from submission to completion, and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the process.

You will work with a team of specialist Mortgage Brokers, maintain confidential information in CRM systems, and liaise with lenders, solicitors and estate agents.

Qualifications

• Experience providing high-level administrative support in a professional setting.
• Experience within mortgages or financial services is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive administrative support to a team of Mortgage Brokers.
• Manage mortgage applications from submission through to completion.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, surveyors, estate agents and customers to progress cases.
• Enter and maintain confidential client information in mortgage CRM systems.
• Ensure all records are accurate, up-to-date and compliant.
• Handle incoming calls and emails professionally.
• Draft professional correspondence and documentation using Microsoft Office.
• Welcome visitors and assist with general office administration.
