Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Mortgage Administrator Coordinator in Chippenham to join a leading specialist mortgage brokerage. You will provide high‑level administrative support, manage mortgage applications from submission through to completion, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience is essential.
• Experience in mortgages or financial services is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisation and time management to handle a busy workload.
• High accuracy and discretion when handling confidential financial information.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; mortgage CRM experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive admin support to a team of Mortgage Brokers.
• Manage mortgage applications from submission to completion.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, surveyors and customers to progress cases.
• Maintain confidential client data in mortgage CRM systems accurately.
• Ensure records are up to date and compliant.
• Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally.
• Draft correspondence and documentation using Microsoft Office.
• Assist with general office administration and reception duties.
• Coordinate with management on case progression and operations.
