Job summary

Acorn by Synergie in Chippenham is seeking a Mortgage Administrator Coordinator to join a leading mortgage brokerage. You’ll provide high-level admin support, manage applications from submission to completion, and deliver outstanding service to clients and brokers.

Hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) after probation, with a salary of £27,562 per year plus bonus. The team values accuracy, organisation, and discretion in handling confidential financial information.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive administrative support to a team of specialist Mortgage Brokers.
• Manage mortgage applications from submission through to completion.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, surveyors, estate agents, and customers to progress cases.
• Enter and maintain confidential client information accurately within specialist mortgage CRM systems.
• Ensure all records are accurate, up to date, and compliant.
• Handle incoming telephone calls and email enquiries professionally.
• Draft professional correspondence, letters, and documentation using Microsoft Office.
• Welcome office visitors and assist with general office administration.
• Maintain office supplies and place orders when required.
• Liaise with the management team regarding case progression and operational updates.

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Mortgage Administrator Coordinator to join a leading specialist mortgage brokerage based in Chippenham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Administrator, Mortgage Case Administrator, Financial Services Administrator, or Mortgage Support Coordinator to join a growing and award-winning business that has been supporting property investors for over 20 years. Working closely with a team of specialist Mortgage Brokers, you'll provide high-level administrative support, manage mortgage applications from submission through to completion, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process.

Key Duties

• Provide proactive administrative support to a team of specialist Mortgage Brokers.
• Manage mortgage applications from submission through to completion.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, surveyors, estate agents, and customers to progress cases.

Requirements

• Professional and discreet approach to handling sensitive information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
