Job summary

Red Rose Care is hiring a Home Care Assistant to support clients in Preston with morning visits. You’ll help with personal care, meals and mobility, following each person’s routine and promoting independence.

Shifts start around 7am, with opportunities for longer hours; travel time between visits is paid, and there are guaranteed hours options. DBS and training are provided, with progression into senior roles possible.

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
• You will be travelling between people’s homes across Preston.

Responsibilities

• Visit people in their own homes across Preston, providing support tailored to their routines.
• Assist with washing, dressing, toileting, continence care, medications, meals and light home help.
• Promote independence and build trusted relationships with service users.
