TSB Bank in Inverness is seeking a Money Confidence Expert on a 12 month fixed term contract to help personal and business customers build confidence in using the different ways they can bank with us. You’ll support them face-to-face, on video, and by phone, assess needs, and tailor guidance to their goals using our channels and Online Banking app.
